Creator Agreement

Maus-Tec LLC, doing business as Maus-Tec Electronics

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Creator”) and Maus-Tec LLC (“Maus-Tec,” “we,” “us”) governing your participation as a content creator on Maus-Tec platform services, including Maus-Hub and any future marketplace services (collectively, “the Platform”).

By uploading content to the Platform or accepting this Agreement during account setup, you agree to all terms below.

1. Eligibility

To participate as a Creator on the Platform, you must:

1.1 Identity Verification

All Creators must complete identity verification before their first upload. Verification is handled through our payment processor’s identity service or, as a fallback, through manual review by Maus-Tec staff.

Maus-Tec stores only the verification result (verified: yes/no, date, and method). We do not store copies of your government ID unless manual verification is used, in which case it is stored in encrypted storage and deleted after verification is confirmed.

2. Content Ownership and Licensing

2.1 Your Ownership

You retain full copyright ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your content to Maus-Tec.

2.2 License to Maus-Tec

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Maus-Tec a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

This license is limited to the operation of the Platform. We will not sublicense your content to other platforms, use it for purposes unrelated to Platform operations, or claim ownership of your work.

2.3 License Termination

This license terminates when you remove your content from the Platform, except that:

3. Content Standards

3.1 Permitted Content

The Platform is a marketplace for adult content designed for intimate hardware devices. Content related to adult themes, intimacy, and pleasure is expected and permitted, including but not limited to:

3.2 Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited and will be immediately removed. This list is non-exhaustive; Maus-Tec reserves the right to remove any content that, in its judgment, violates the spirit of these standards. Violations may result in account termination and, where applicable, law enforcement referral.

CategoryDescription
Minor-involving contentANY content depicting, suggesting, or referencing sexual activity involving minors. Zero tolerance.
Non-consensual contentContent depicting, glorifying, or instructing non-consensual acts. CNC (consensual non-consent) roleplay requires explicit disclosure (see §3.3).
AI-generated voice contentVoice audio created by AI text-to-speech, voice cloning, or voice synthesis tools. ALL voice content must be performed by a real human.
AI-generated imagesImages generated by AI tools — including but not limited to photographs, illustrations, renders, composites, and digitally altered images — used as pack artwork, icons, or banners.
Pornographic imagesNudity, explicit sexual imagery, or pornographic visual content in any medium (photographs, illustrations, renders, or similar). Only audio may be sexually explicit; visual content must remain suggestive.
Impersonation and IP infringementContent designed to impersonate a real person without their documented consent, including deepfake voice clones. Also prohibited: use of trademarked character identities, likenesses, or intellectual property belonging to third parties without documented authorization.
Illegal contentContent promoting illegal activity, violence, or harm.
Hate speechContent targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Spam and fraudSEO spam, phishing, scam listings, fake reviews.

If your content contains consensual non-consent roleplay themes, you must include a prominent disclosure in the pack description stating that the content is fantasy/roleplay. A checkbox confirming CNC content is required during upload.

3.4 The “Only Audio Can Be Explicit” Rule

Allowed:

Prohibited:

This distinction exists because visual assets appear in search results, app stores, and shared links, while audio is consumed privately on the hardware.

4.1 Self-Attestation

For every upload, you must confirm:

If a submission includes multiple performers, each performer must individually confirm their consent. The uploading Creator is responsible for collecting and providing these confirmations.

This attestation is logged with your user ID, timestamp, and IP address.

4.2 Model Releases

If you are the sole performer in your own content, no model release is required — your self-attestation under §4.1 is sufficient.

You must provide signed model release forms for:

Maus-Tec provides a standard model release template. You may use our template or an equivalent that includes, at minimum:

If a performer revokes their consent, you must notify Maus-Tec immediately. The affected content will be delisted within 30 days. Existing purchasers retain their license, but the content will no longer be available for new purchases.

4.4 Record Retention

Maus-Tec retains model release documents for the duration of the content listing plus 5 years, stored in encrypted, access-logged storage. This is consistent with industry standard record-keeping practices for adult content distribution.

5. Automated Content Review

Maus-Tec takes the rights of creators and performers seriously. We are acutely aware of the concerns surrounding the use of automated tools, including those marketed as “AI”, in creative industries, and we are committed to using them responsibly, transparently, and only where they serve to build a safer community.

We use computer-assisted tools to flag content that may require human review. These tools help us detect policy violations, verify compliance with legal requirements, and protect both creators and consumers. However:

The types of computer-assisted processing that may be applied to uploaded content include:

For full details on what tools are used, what data is sent, and your rights, see our Automated Content Review policy.
